Speed and Agility

Our Speed and agility classes are focused toward youth athletes to teach them the proper techniques and mechanics of running. Informing them on how important it is to practice good running habits while teaching a good work ethic at the same time. Our trainers have 10 years experience working with youth athletes. The 45 minute class not only teaches running mechanics but we spend time teaching footwork, explosive power, take-off speed and conditioning with a class atmosphere with other young athletes eager to learn and get better in a fun environment.
